We are a team of Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Massage (Tui Na) Therapists, and Yoga Instructors who are licensed to treat ailments from the common cold to bodily aches and pains. We have managed and treated various chronic internal disorders including infertility, insomnia, digestive issues and stress management.
Dr. Jing Li L.Ac was born into a family of traditional Chinese Medicine healers. She graduated in 1979 from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou, China. She passed the California State Board Exam and became a Licensed Acupuncturist in 1983 and received her Diplomate of National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCA) in 1985. Dr. Li continued her advance education in Chinese Medicine from the American Global University and gained her Ph.D in Orthopedic Medicine and became a Certified Industrial Disability Examiner. While Dr. Li has successfully treated a variety of ailments, she specializes in pain management and women's health such as PMS, menopausal syndrome and infertility.
In addition to her busy clinical practice of over 36 years, Dr. Li stays heavily involved in the professional community as a faculty member of the American Institute of Acupuncture Orthopedics and Traumatology. She is also a Board memeber of the American Institute of Chinese Medicine as well as the Board of Governors of the United California Practitioner of Chinese Medicine (UCPCM) and the American Association of Chinese Medicine and Acuupuncture (AACMA).
Dr. Magnolia Ng D.C, CCSP, L.Ac attended an extensive graduate program at the Southern California University of Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree as well as a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Ng's medical education in Chiropractic encompassed everything from understanding the biomechanics and physiology of the human body, treatment and diagnosis of ailments, to physical therapy and rehabilitation for injuries and pain management. She has worked closely with the U.S. Water Polo team, the U.S. Olympic Fencing team, as well as the L.A. Galaxy Quakes Football team.
Dr. Ng's Eastern education in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine includes extensive training in Chinese Medical theory, diagnosis, Acupuncture treatment, herbal supplements as well as Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, Moxibustion, and Qi Gong. These specialized modalities help promote energy (Qi) and blood circulation in the body to facilitate the release of energy blockage that often causes chronic pain and tension. She believes that when these chronic stressors on the body, when not managed or treated correctly, will eventually lead to various diseases. Her education includes an externship with globally renowned Acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Herbalists in the hospitals of Beijing and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
In addition, Dr. Ng received her Yoga Certification from Source of Yoga where she was trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation.
